1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Addy (www.addy0.com), operated by Concept by Hannah Ltd (UK Company Number 15280150), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Addy.
2. Service Description
Addy provides keyword intelligence and analysis tools for Google Ads campaigns. Our service helps you understand search intent, discover keywords, and optimise your advertising strategy. We access your Google Ads data via the official Google Ads API to deliver these insights.
Important: Addy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. We are an independent third-party tool built on the Google Ads API.
3. Account Registration
To use Addy, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter contracts
- Provide accurate, complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
- Have a valid Google Ads account to connect
4. Subscription & Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
Addy offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Agency) with different feature limits. All plans require payment before accessing the dashboard. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated with 30 days notice.
4.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing date
4.3 Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
5. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with Addy. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Within 14 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied, no questions asked
- After 14 days: No refunds for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges
- Annual plans: Prorated refund available within 30 days of purchase
To request a refund, contact us and select "Billing Question" as the category.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Billing or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
- You may reactivate your account within 30 days to restore data
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or Google Ads policies
- Use the service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from our service
- Share your account credentials with others
- Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
- Use the service to harm competitors or manipulate markets
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach our security
8. Google Ads API Compliance
Our service operates under Google's API Terms of Service. By using Addy, you acknowledge:
- You authorise Addy to access your Google Ads data via OAuth
- Data reporting may be delayed up to 24 hours from Google
- We report Google Ads data separately from other advertising platforms
- You may disconnect your account at any time (processed within 3 business days)
9. Data & Privacy
Your use of Addy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
10. Intellectual Property
Addy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Addy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your Google Ads data; we claim no rights to it.
11. Disclaimers
Addy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Specific advertising results or ROI
- Accuracy of third-party data from Google Ads API
- Compatibility with all Google Ads account configurations
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Addy from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the service, or violation of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent website notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
